Your day to Arenal includes a stop at the majestic Cortez Waterfalls and then on to Lake Arenal and the volcano, where you will spend the day at Los Lagos Hot Springs and Spa, located in the heart of Costa Rica, at the base of the Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna, San Carlos. The spa offers thermo-mineral hot water pools flowing naturally from the base of the volcano. You will also get a chance to go to the Observatory Lodge to see beautiful views of Arenal and visit La Fortuna for shopping and dining.

The perfect all-day family getaway. Your day to the very heart of Costa Rica at the Arenal volcano includes a stopover along the way at the imposing Cortez Waterfall. You’ll then visit Lake Arenal and the volcano itself, at Los Lagos Hot Springs and Spa at the base of the volcano in La Fortuna, San Carlos. Choose  natural mineral hot water pools that spring from the base of the volcano. The tour departs from Flamingo Beach.

The drive time is about 4 hours to La Fortuna, including with a stop at the Cortez Waterfall. Once you reach Arenal, you’ll spend the day at La Fortuna, relax in the hot springs, visit the observatory lodge for beautiful views of the volcano, go shopping and have a meal. Return is at 5:00 p.m. The drive back takes about three hours and we drop you off at your lodgings st around 8:00 p.m.
